Jenner, 21, considered Woods, 21, her closest friend and confidante for years. In fact, the duo shared such a close bond that they commemorated their friendship in permanent ink, getting matching tattoos nearly three years ago.
Although Jenner and Woods never publicly revealed the meaning of the small red “M” squiggle tattoo on their fingers, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul showed off their special body art on Instagram shortly after visiting JonBoy.
Jenner and Woods’ friendship status still remains up in the air. After news of the alleged tryst broke, sources tell PEOPLE that the makeup mogulhas been distraught over potentially losing her best friend to such a deep betrayal.
“For Kylie, it’s much more difficult. She has basically lost part of her world,” said the source. “She is very, very upset. She always trusted Jordyn with everything.”
Up until the scandal, Woods had been living in Jenner’s house (shemoved back to her mom’s homeafter the news unfolded),accompanying her on lavish vacationsandhelping take care of her daughter Stormi.

On Tuesday,TMZandHollywood Unlockedreported that Kardashian, 34, and Thompson, 27, split after he was unfaithful with Woods, who is also a member of the Good American squad, representing Kardashian’s clothing brand.
When the Kardashian family first started hearing the news they felt “blindsided.”
“When they first started hearing on Monday that Tristan made out with Jordyn, no one really believed it,” one source said. “That Tristan would be inappropriate, yes everyone knows that he can’t behave, but that Jordyn would make out with him, it first seemed like a made up rumor.”
“It wasn’t anything they wanted to drop,” the source added. “So several family members reached out to people they believed had been at the party. And they were told it was true.”
