Scarlett Johanssonis fighting back against a company using her image and voice for its AI app.

The actress and activist, through her attorney Kevin Yorn, has taken legal action,Varietyreports.

“We do not take these things lightly,” Yorn told the outlet. “Per our usual course of action in these circumstances, we will deal with it with all legal remedies that we will have.”

Yorn confirmed to PEOPLE that it was a simple cease-and-desist situation and the ad has since been taken down.
