Educators everywhere are relating to aviral TikTok videoof two teachers hilariously revealing the savage things their students have said to them.
Alissa — who captioned the video, “Nothing prepares you for the audacity that high schoolers have” — started off the flurry of insults with a student’s jab at her single status: “A kid looked me dead in the eyes and said, ‘It makes sense why you’re not married.’ ”
Her colleague then disclosed how routinely ungrateful one teen was to her.
“At the end of every class I ask my students what they’re grateful for, and most students say things like ‘you’ or ‘mom’ or ‘the sun,’ ” she said. ”[But] every day this student says, ‘I’m grateful I get to leave this room.’ ”

Throughout the video, the two teachers took the mean things in stride, laughing each time they recited one.
One other student, meanwhile, didn’t even reveal his loathing verbally, opting to instead go online to judge the teacher’s footwear. “A photo of my shoes that I wear every day to work ended up on a hate account. They got rated 1 out of 5.”
